Pineapple Chicken - Recipe


Ingredients


3 Chicken Breasts Halved
  • 1 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbs prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Juice from Pineapple Rings
  • 1 Small Can of pineapple rings
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Layer chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large saucepan over low heat, combine the brown sugar, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt and water. Bring to a boil, and pour over chicken.  Top each piece with a pineapple ring.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 1/2 hour, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. 


We served ours with mashed potatoes and carrots...
