Well we have the funk in our house - Dakota got it Monday and Eli and I got it last night. Strep throat. UGH.
And I did NOT feel like cooking. But I didn't marinade that chicken for nothing, ya heard?
So I went thru with it. I cooked it up and I ate the dickens out of it! And it was darn tooting delicious! SO take that Mr. Strep!
By the way this one was NOT gluten free - because my local shop didnt have gluten free couscous - s I splurged and bought the rainbow - cuz it was cute. YES, because it was cute!
