Recipe: Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sizes pieces
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Wrap bacon around each chicken fillet, and secure with a toothpick.
  3. In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt and chili powder. Roll the bacon wrapped chicken breast in the sugar mixture until thoroughly and evenly coated.
  4. Place on baking sheet and bake in oven for about 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crisp.
