Quiche - Two ways
Bacon & Cheddar and Feta & Tomato
Feta Tomato Quiche:
2 tbsp Butter
1 Large Onion
1 Roma Tomato
1 package of Feta Cheese
4 Eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1 Pre-Made Pie Crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat up frying pan, add butter. Cut up onion into slices, add to hot pan. Saute on Med heat until onions turn soft and translucent. Chop up tomato. Set onion aside to cool. Place pie crust into a pie pan and add cooled onion, tomato and feta to the bottom of crust, spreading out evenly. Beat 4 eggs and milk together and pour on top. Put in oven. Cook for 1 hour.
Cheddar Bacon Quiche:
1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices of Turkey Bacon
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 Pre-Made pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop up bacon into small pieces. Place pie crust into pie pan. Layer cheese and bacon on to crust evenly. Beat 4 eggs and milk in seperate bowl and pour over other ingredients. Put in oven and cook for one hour.
