Ingredients:
3 Medium Zucchini
1 Jar Pizza Sauce
Handful of Sliced Mushrooms
Package of Pepperoni
16 oz Brick of Mozzarella
Directions:
Set Oven to Broil
Slice Zucchini and cheese
Lay zucchini on a baking sheet, add spoonful of sauce on top, cheese, then mushrooms and/or pepperoni
Broil 10-15 minutes until cheese is all melty!
Serve!
