Sausage Jambalaya ~ Recipe






Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients:

1 lb Sausage (Smoked) - (we used turkey sausage and chicken sausage)
1 Yellow Onion
2 Ribs of Celery
1 Green Pepper
1 Bay Leaf
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1 Can Diced Tomatos (14 oz)
1 Can Chicken Broth (14 oz)
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Optional - Add Chicken and/or shrimp...

Directions:

Chop onion, celery and green pepper. Add all ingredients into crockpot. Cook 6 - 8 hours.
Serve over rice or pasta.
